COAS orders to launch last phase of Ops Zarb-e-Azab

PESHAWAR: Chief of the Army Staff General Raheel Sharif has ordered Pak Army soldiers to launch the last phase of ongoing operation Zarb-e-Azab against terrorists.
According to ISPR, Army Chief visited Shawal, tehsil of North Waziristan and met with Army soldiers here on Wednesday. Army Chief was welcomed by Peshawar Corps Commander Lt. Gen. Hadyat ur Rehman upon his arrival. Army Chief was briefed by Operation Commander over the successes of operation Zarb-e-Azab.
Army Chief expressed his complete satisfaction over the outcomes of operation Zarb-e-Azab and appreciated the determination of soldiers for the eradication of terrorism.
While addressing the soldiers, he lauded their courage and paid tribute to their sacrifices in war against terrorism. Gen. Raheel vowed that we will not sit quietly till the end of last terrorist and the sacrifices of Pak Army will not go in vain.
