COAS General Qamar Bajwa chairs security meeting in Lahore today

RAWALPINDI: Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa will chair a meeting at Corps Headquarters, Lahore today. According to the Inter Services Public Relations, the army chief departed from Rawalpindi earlier to head to Lahore to chair the meeting on security issues following the Lahore blast.
Around 26 people, including nine policemen, were martyred and more than 50 injured when a suicide bomber blew himself up near Lahore's Ferozepur Road on Monday afternoon.
Initial have revealed that the bomber had help from two facilitators who accompanied him to the site of the incident.
