China tightens noose around the NGOs funding and membership

BEIJING: China has proposed a further tightening of regulations on non-governmental organizations working in the country.
The country has introduced new rules according to which the NGOs will be bound to disclose sources of funding and membership otherwise, they could be banned. The new rules are open to solicit public opinion until 21 August this year.
