ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister Ch Nisar Ali Khan has praised his two bitter political rivals on Thursday during a press talk.
Federal Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan on Thursday gave a pleasant surprise during his press talk when he talked about his two political rivals comparatively in a very positive way.
While talking about the issue of controversial statements by former ambassador of Pakistan to the United States Hussain Haqqani, he said former Interior Minister Rehman Malik has rightly said that the power for issuance of visas rests with the embassy and the interior ministry only monitors and endorse these visas.
Similarly, when he was asked about the spot fixing scandal in Pakistan Super League (PSL), he gave reference of Imran Khan along with Zaheer Abbas and Javaid Miandad and said these legendary cricketers earned a lot of respect for Pakistan in the field of cricket.
He said investigation into the spot fixing scandal is underway and those who would be found involved in it would be sent to jails.
