Australian HC calls on Imran Khan at Banigala residence

ISLAMABAD: Australian High Commissioner (HC) in Pakistan Margaret Adamson called on Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan and discussed matters of bilateral interest with him.
During the meeting held at Bani Gala residence of Imran Khan on Saturday, the Australian high commissioner discussed Pak-Australia relations and prevailing regional and country situation with him. The two sides on the occasion also vowed to further strengthen the bilateral ties and cooperation in different sectors.
The PTI chief told the HC that his party was committed to resolving issues faced by the country and its people, besides improving relations with foreign countries.
Advisor to PTI chairman Dr Shehzad Waseem and party Spokesman Naeemul Haq were also present in the meeting.
