At least 21 militants killed in Tirah valley air operations by PAF jets.

PESHAWAR: At least 21 suspected terrorist have been killed by the security forces in air strikes in Khyber Agency’s Tirah Valley and several hideouts of suspected terrorist have also been destroyed in air strikes. Sources of security forces said. As per details, Pakistan Air Force jets targeted militant’s hideouts in Koki Khel area of Tirah, killing at least 21 suspected terrorists and destroying several hideouts. As per security sources, many militants have also been injured in the strike. The dead militants were in liaison with Banned group Lashkar e Islam and Tahrik e Taliban Pakistan TTP. Khyber Agency is one of seven semi- autonomous tribal district where terrorist had safe hideouts and security forces had traditionally had little control over the Agency because terrorist had strong hold in Khyber agency. Terrorist have ran away in Afghanistan or to others tribal areas, since the beginning of Zarb- e- Azab.
