Asif Zaradri to be court martialed: PML-N leader moves SC

ISLAMABAD: PPP former Ambassador to US, Hussain Haqqani startling revelations have put his own party President Asif Ali Zaradri in trouble.
Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Zafar Ali Shah on Wednesday submitted a petition in Supreme Court (SC) seeking the court martial of Asif Ali Zardari, Yousuf Raza Gilani and Hussain Haqqani. Private News channel was quoted as saying.
The petition came in the aftermath of Haqqani’s statement over Abbotabad operation in which he claimed that the civilian government was taken into confidence over the move.
Zafar Ali Shah has adopted stance that Haqqani had accepted that he facilitated the operation whereas Zardari and Gilani were also included in his action.
The petitioner pleads that a case under court martial should be filed against the trio and their names should be placed in Exit Control List (ECL) after the extradition of Haqqani from US.
