APHC blasts over Pro-Indian local political parties in IOK

In Occupied Kashmir, the All Parties Hurriyet Conference Chairman Syed Ali Gilani and senior Hurriyet leader Mirwaiz Umar Farooq have said that pro-India local political parties are pursuing the Indian agenda in the territory.

According to Kashmir Media Service, Syed Ali Gilani in a statement issued in Srinagar said pro-India parties were responsible for the agonies of the people as they were justifying illogical occupation of India over Kashmir.

Mirwaiz Umar Farooq in a media interview said that resistance leadership would write to every imam of Masjid to urge people in their Friday sermons to stay away from the so-called election process.

Meanwhile, ahead of Indian parliamentary elections to be held in central and south Kashmir on 9th and 12th of April, the Indian authorities have intensified crackdown on Hurriyet leaders and activists.

The police have either arrested or placed under house detention Hurriyet leaders to prevent them from running poll boycott campaign.
