79 militants including three commanders surrender to state authorities in North Waziristan: ISPR

PESHAWAR: 79 militants including 3 key commanders surrendered themselves in North Waziristan FATA.

 

According to ISPR statement, the militants laid down their arms before security personnel in NW tribal region near Afghan border.

 

They decided to surrender before state writ and renounced the violence.

 

Security forces expressed satisfaction over the success of operation Zarb-e-Azab and said that it is the achievement of operation zarb-e-Azab that militants have surrendered before security forces.
