7 Hydropower projects under construction in Gilgit Baltistan

In Gilgit Baltistan, work on seven hydropower projects worth of over two billion rupees is in progress.
Two projects of two point three megawatt electricity at Seliharang and Thoei at a cost of six hundred fifty million rupees in district Ghizer will be completed by the end of next month.
Besides, the remaining five projects of seven point seven megawatt electricity being completed in the district by the end of next year will help in reducing load shedding in Gupus and Yasin region.
