Pakistani Hindu Community rally against Modi government atrocities in IHK

UMERKOT: (APP) A large number of people including men, women and children belonging to Hindu Community took out a rally on Tuesday to condemn the human rights violations in occupied Kashmir and attitude of Modi government.

The protest demonstration was taken out from different areas which culminated at local press club. The participants were holding a big banner and placards demanding end to brutalities in Kashmir.

Speaking on the occasion, representatives of various groups of Hindu community said India had unleashed reign of terror in held Kashmir, killing, blinding, maiming and incarcerating unarmed innocent people of Kashmir who are demanding their internationally acknowledged right to self determination.

They paid tributes to Prime Minister Mohammad Nawaz Sharif for unequivocally reflecting the views and sentiments of Kashmiri people in his address to the UNGA.

The UN should play its role to provide justice to the people of occupied Kashmir, they demanded.

The speakers also paid rich tributes to the people of Kashmir, and made it clear that there would not be peace in the region until Kashimr issue is not resolved in accordance with the aspiration of the people of Kashmir.

Earlier, the Hindu community did Parathna "Puja Pat" for the peace and integrity of Pakistan at Marli Dhar Mandar.
