Afghan President Ashraf Ghani makes important statement in Afghanistan peace process

Afghan President Ashraf Ghani says the peace agreement that is achieved after talks with the Taliban needs to be endorsed by a Loya Jirga.
In an address to the 9th Heart of Asia Istanbul Process Conference in Dushanbe Tajikistan, he suggested that the peace building government in Afghanistan should be formed by the current elected leadership.
The Afghan President also asked the international supervision and monitoring to ensure a free fair and inclusive election process in the country.
