Interior Minister Ahsan Iqbal says the United States will soon realize that durable peace in Afghanistan is not possible without Pakistan.
In an exclusive interview in Islamabad this evening, he said that Pakistan has rendered huge sacrifices for achieving sustainable peace in Afghanistan.
The Minister said that the prudent policies of the government have resulted in better Pakistan.
He said that a consultative council will be established soon in the Ministry to get rid of menace of terrorism and extremism in the country.
He said that National Action Plan is given top priority to get rid from terrorism and religious extremism in the country.
