Commander Central Command meets CM Shehbaz Sharif

LAHORE (APP): Commander Central Command, Corps Commander Mangla, Lt. Gen. Umar Farooq Durrani met Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, here Tuesday.
Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister appreciated army's consistent assistance and training support for police and civil law enforcement agencies for their capacity-building to counter terrorism and reiterated immense acknowledgement for army's sacrifices and accomplishments in Operation Zarb-e-Azb.
He also expressed continued support for integrated training needs of military and civil law enforcement agencies.
Shehbaz Sharif said brave armed forces of Pakistan had broken the back of terrorists through Operation Zarb-e-Azb and achieved splendid success in making Pakistan a haven of peace.
He further said that officers and Jawans of Pak Army had written a new history of courage and valour and the whole nation was proud of supreme sacrifices of its martyrs.
The Chief Minister said training of Police and civil law enforcement agencies by Pak Army in a professional manner was helping in their capacity-building.
