Punjab govt releases Rs1.2b for payment of arrears to LHWs

ISLAMABAD:Punjab government has released one point two billion rupees for payment of arrears to Lady Health Workers (LHWs).
The spokesman of Punjab Primary and Secondary Health department in a statement said that the government has already regularized fifty thousand lady health workers across the province, while the service structure is being finalized. APP/AFP
