Pakistan Stock Exchange rises further
KARACHI - The Pakistan Stock Exchange was bullish on Monday.
The KSE-100 Index closed today at 43556.63 points as compared to 42786.45 points on the last working day with a positive change of 770.18 points.
The total turnover was 377,933,440 as compared to 385,493,950 on the last working day with World Call Telecom having the highest turnover of 35,138,500.
Total 400 companies’ transacted shares in the Stock Market today, out of which 296 recorded gains and 91 sustained losses whereas the share price of 13 companies remained unchanged.
Nestle Pakistan recorded the maximum increase in its share price, which was 496.82 rupees while Wyeth Pakistan Limited recorded maximum decrease that was 48.79 rupees.
