26 member forward bloc hinted in PPP Sindh Assembly

KARACHI – A 26 member forward bloc has been predicted in Sindh Assembly comprising of PPP MPAs.

Federal Minister for Water Resources Faisal Vawda predicted that a 20 to 26 member forward bloc could form a forward bloc in the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP).

These views he expressed while talking to Governor Sindh Imran Ismail at Karachi Airport, before leaving to Islamabad, to meet the Prime minister. He claimed that he was foreseeing a forward bloc in PPP.

“As many as 20 to 26 members of PPP may form a forward bloc in Sindh”, Vawda continued, adding that if Sindh government survived, the name of new provincial CM would also be “Shah”.

The minister in his telephonic conversation with Sindh Governor Imran Ismail and informed him about important political affairs of the province.

Vawda said that he asked Sindh Governor to cut short his engagements as new responsibilities could be given to him.

He further said that an important meeting would also be held at the residence of President Dr Arif Alvi.
