ISLAMABAD - Pakistan Foreign Office Spokesperson Dr. Muhammad Faisal has closed down the PM Imran Khan and Mike Pompeo controversial talk chapter.
He has said that we want an end of the controversy over telephonic conversation between Prime Minister Imran Khan and US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo.
This he said while responding to a question during weekly news briefing in Islamabad on Thursday.
Dr Faisal said that the US Secretary of State will arrive in Islamabad on an official visit next week and leadership of both the countries will discuss the issues of mutual interest.
Regarding the Pakistan-India relationship, Dr. Muhammad Faisal maintained that the gap between the two countries is too wide however, efforts are continue to finish it.
FO Spokesperson said any positive development in Pakistan-India relations will help bring tranquility on the Line of Control and the Working Boundary.
