UN Human Rights Chief Zeid Ra’ad al-Hussein says US President Donald Trump’s criticism of journalists amounts to an attack on the freedom of the press.
Addressing a news conference in Geneva today, he said the US President 's anti-media statements could provoke violence against reporters.
He said Donald Trump has also made worrying remarks about women, Mexicans and Muslims.
Last week, the US President called journaists truly dishonest people, and also described New York Times, Washington Post and CNN as fake organizations.
