OGRA recommends an increase of upto Rs 19 in oil prices

ISLAMABAD - Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority OGRA has recommended an increase of Rs 19 in the Kerosene oil prices in Pakistan.
According to the summary, an increase of Rs2.36 per litre in petrol price and Rs2.20 in diesel price have been recommended. The new rate will be effective from October 1 after the ministry’s approval.
The authority has also suggested to hike price of kerosene oil by Rs19.33 per litre.
Earlier, the government had approved an increase of Rs 2 in petrol price for the running month, September, while prices for high-speed diesel, kerosene oil and light-speed diesel were not changed.
