Serious steps taken to bring back looted money from abroad

ISLAMABAD - The chairman National Accountability Bureau (NAB) justice retired Javed Iqbal NAB was taking serious steps to bring back looted money through Muzarba and Muhsarka scandals as 34 big fishes have been caught so far.

Addressing to the open court, Khuli Kachehri, anti-graft watchdog chairman said that bringing back plundered money and eradication of corruption was the utmost priority of the NAB and its unbiased accountability will be continued.

“NAB has brought back looted Rs 297 billion and deposited into the national exchequer as 34 big fishes have been arrested so far in connection to the campaign against the looters who involved in a scam of Muzarba and Musharka,” he said.
