In Occupied Kashmir, complete shutdown is being observed today in poll-bound areas on the occasion of the fifth phase of sham panchayat lections.
Call for the strike has been given by the Joint Resistance Leadership comprising Syed Ali Gilani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Muhammad Yasin Malik.
In a joint statement in Srinagar, the leadership asked Kashmiri people to completely boycott the polling process.
