Panama Papers case in SC: Imran Khan evidences may lead Sharifs in serious trouble 

ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) submitted more documents as evidence to the Supreme Court in Panama leaks case.

Naeem Bukhari submitted two-page documents, showing the communication between the solicitor of the Al-Towfeek Investment Fund Limited to the Home Land Registry UK and the party concerned.

The documents contain the UK high court decisions in Hudabiya Papers Mills loan default case on March 16, 1999, and November 5, 1999 show that the loan acquired by Hudabiya on February 15, 1995, for Flat 16, Flat 16A, Flat 17, and Flat 17A, were pledged with the Al-Towfeek Investment Fund Limited.

The defendants in the Hudabiya Paper Mills Limited case were Mian Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, Mian Muhammad Sharif and Mian Muhammad Abbas Sharif.

The documents of all the Park Lane flats and the offshore companies do not mention name of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.
