Pakistan People’s Party co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari has decided to make a new political alliance against ‘opponents’.
According to our correspondent, the PPP co-chairman has tasked his party stalwarts with contacting political leaders in order to chalk out a future strategy for the party.
Sources said the new alliance will be revealed after Supreme Court’s ruling in Panama Papers case.
PPP has also offered Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid-e-Azam to make electoral alliance, sources said, adding that the new political grouping aims at gaining foothold in Punjab.
On the other hand, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan has called the possible alliance a ‘secret deal’.
