ISLAMABAD: A petition has been filed in Islamabad High Court here at today (Tuesday) against Mustafa Kamal over alleged use of national flag and anthem for political gains.

As per details, the petition was filed by Citizen Qaiser Jadoon through his counsel Saifullah Sarohi taking plea that Mustafa Kamal’s party name “Pak Sar Zameen” has been derived from national anthem while national anthem is our national asset and it is unconstitutional to name party after national anthem .
The petitioner requested the court in his plea to issue order to change Mustafa Kamal’s party name and flag as well as stop him to use national anthem and flag for his political designs.
Secretary Cabinet has also been cited through federation in plea.
