Cracks appear in the PTI coalition government

ISLAMABAD - Cracks appear in the PTI coalition government as The leaders of Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) have not accepted the dinner invitation from Prime Minister Imran Khan at his residence Bani Gala on Sunday (Jun 28).

According to the details, the prime minister invited the politicians on dinner at his home but the leaders of PML-Q refused to attend it, following Balochistan National Party-Mengal’s (BNP-M) rejection a day ago.

The sources said that PM Imran has invited the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and its coalition parties’ politicians to his residence for a dinner, where he is likely to take the MNAs in confidence regarding policies of the government.

The sources said that purpose of the dinner is to ensure the presence of MNAs of the ruling party and its allies in the National Assembly where the government’s budget 2020-21 is pending for approval.

It is to be noted that the PML-Q is an ally of the government but will not be attending the dinner.
