Imran Khan disqualification case hearing scheduled in SC for Monday

ISLAMABAD – After the Supreme Court of Pakistan disqualified the PM Nawaz Sharif over Panama case, the Supreme Court is scheduled to hear Imran Khan disqualification case on Monday.

A three-member bench of the Supreme Court of Pakistan (SCP), headed by Chief Justice Saqib Nisar, is scheduled to hear a petition on Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan’s disqualification on Monday (July 31).

Justice Umar Bandiyal and Justice Faisal Arab are part of the bench slated to hear the case.

The apex court has issued notices to all relevant parties in the case.
