MQM Chief declared fugitive by ATC Court 

ISLAMABAD: (APP) Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) of Karachi has declared Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Chief and other leaders as fugitives in Shahid Hamid’s murder case.

Hearing of Former Managing Director K-Electric and bureaucrat Shahid Hamid’s murder case was conducted in ATC Karachi, former security incharge of 90 accused Minhaj Qazi was presented in court today during hearing.

MQM Chief along with its party leaders including Nadeem Nusrat, Rashid Akhtar alias Sheikh, Athar Hussain and Sohail Zaidi have been declared as fugitives by ATC Karachi, court has also ordered the suspect to provide the copies of witnesses statements.

Case is registered against the accused in Defence Station Karachi for murdering Managing Director K-Electric in 1997. Saulat Mirza had been hanged to death in targeted murder of Shahid Hamid.
