ECP decides to take up PM disqualification case 

Islamabad: (APP) Election Commision of Pakistan (ECP) after its completion will now take up the cases before it. Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s disqualification case over Panama issue will be heard by ECP on August 3, reported 24 News.

Four new ECP members took oath on July 27. Abdul Ghaffar Soomro from Sindh, retired Justice Altaf Ibrahim Qureshi from Punjab, retired Justice Irshad Qaiser from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and retired Justice Shakeel Baloch from Balochistan took the oath.

Now that ECP members are complete various cases shall be heard by it. It includes Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and disqualification case disqualification case disqualification case Capt. Safdar’s disqualification cases as well.

Nawaz Sharif’s disqualification case will be heard on August 3. Three complaints were filed by opposition parties for disqualification of the premier over Panama leaks in which offshore businesses of Sharif family members were disclosed.
