Russian President Putin signs nuclear pact with US for 5 years

Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed on legislation to extend a key nuclear pact with the United States by five years.
The Kremlin said the extension of the pact allows to preserve the transparency and predictability of strategic relations between Russia and the United States as well as global strategic stability.
