Pak Army Captain with his three men embraced martyrdom after killing 19 militants in operation Zarb-e-Azab

PESHAWAR: Pak Army Captain Umair along his three army personnel have embraced martyrdom after killing 19 militants in operation Zarb-e-Azab.

 

According to ISPR, Pak Army conducted operation against fleeing terrorists here in Mangroti. When security forces cordoned off terrorists in Mangorti, NWA they started indiscriminate firing on Pak Army.

 

Captain Umair along with his three army personnel embraced martyrdom in exchange of firing while 19 militants killed and several injured.

 

As per ISPR, the group of terrorists wanted to cross Pak-Afghan border while security forces foiled their attempt by conducting successful operation.

 

The funeral prayers of martyrs have been offered in Peshawar Corps and their bodies sent to their native areas. Captain Umair was buried in Rawalpindi while soldier Hameed and Rashid were buried in Sanghar and DG Khan respectively.
