SRINAGAR - In Occupied Kashmir, the Chairman of Hurriyat forum, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq has said that India has turned Jammu and Kashmir into a police state where people are undergoing severe hardships.
Addressing a public gathering at Jamia Masjid in Srinagar on Friday, he deplored that the puppet administration is unleashing more and more repression on both the Kashmiri people and leadership to intimidate them into submission.
Meanwhile, Hurriyet leaders Syed Ali Gilani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and the High Court Bar Association of the territory in their separate statements in Srinagar have strongly condemned the social media gag on employees by the puppet authorities.
