"Kiss me for extra marks", Indian Professor to Mumbai College girl

MUMBAI - An Indian professor of college in Ghatkopar, Mumbai is demanding a kiss from a 17-year-old student, in return for extra marks.
The shocking incident took place on March 8 but was only reported on March 24 after the teenage student narrated her ordeal to her family members who then filed a complaint against the professor.
According to reports in Hindustan Times, <link> Rohini Kale, senior police inspector, Pant Nagar police station said, "The accused demanded a kiss from the girl to increase her marks in an exam.
We have registered a case against the professor, and he is being questioned further."
A case has been registered against the professor, who is said to be in his thirties, under Indian Penal Code (IPC) section 354 A (making sexually coloured remarks) and also under the relevant sections of the Protection of Children against Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (POCSO).
