DG ISPR confirms crack down against terrorists and RAW agents in Punjab

ISLAMABAD: Army Chief Gen. Raheel Sharif has ordered to tighten the noose around terrorists across the Punjab as over 200 suspects have been detained in a crackdown against terrorists across Punjab.
As per details, DG ISPR has confirmed crackdown against terrorists and RAW agent in Punjab on the directives of Army Chief. Over 200 suspects have been arrested by LEAs from different cities of Punjab in intelligence based operations.
Pak Army and Rangers personnel are taking part in these operations while 5 operations have been conducted in Lahore, Faisalabad and Multan. ISPR added.
Over 80 suspects were arrested from Faisalabad while 78 suspects detained in Gujranwala during operations. 20 suspects have been detained from Sialkot while 7 suspects from Kamonki.
Pak Army personnel also conducted raids here at Bahawalpur, Jehlum, Khanewal, Bhakar, Shiekhpura and Muzafargarh and arrested several suspects over their alleged links with banned outfits.
