Pakistani nation rendered unrivaled sacrifices in war on terror: Dr Firdous

Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Information and Broadcasting Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan says Pakistani nation has rendered unrivalled sacrifices in war on terror to promote peace in the world.
She was addressing the inaugural ceremony of National Painting Exhibition at Pakistan National Council of Arts in Islamabad on Thursday.
Firdous Ashiq Awan said government under the leadership of Prime Minster Imran Khan is fully committed to promote interfaith harmony and peace.
She said the paintings in the exhibition reflect resolve of Pakistani nation to curb the menace of terrorism from their soil.
Referring to Afghan President Ashraf Ghani's visit to Pakistan, she said all core issues were discussed in meeting with Prime Minister which shows Pakistan's commitment for peace in the region.
