Dialogues better than street politics: Ayaz Sadiq

LAHORE, (APP): Dialogues better than street politics: Ayaz Sadiq

Speaker National Assembly (NA) Sardar Ayaz Sadiq on Monday called upon the government and  the opposition parties to bring an end to the deadlock on  the terms of reference (ToRs) in the Panama Papers  investigations.

Responding to the mediamen at an Iftar dinner at Rehmanpura, Ichhra here, he said dialogue was the best  solution rather than taking to the roads to address issues.

The Speaker NA appreciated the treasury benches and the opposition for reposing confidence in him to formulate a committee on the ToRs.

To a question, Ayaz Sadiq said Pakistan Muslim League-N was united under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, adding that the Premier would return  to the country after Eid as he was to see his doctors at the weekend.

To another query, he said Advisor to the Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz had been doing job ably, adding  that his designation was equal to the federal minister.

The Speaker NA said, "Advisor to the Prime Minister seeks guidance from the Premier on all matters."
