Kashmir Black Day observed in Indonesia

ISLAMABAD: (APP) Kashmir Solidarity Forum and the Embassy of Pakistan in Jakarta, Indonesia, observed the Kashmir Black Day Wednesday (July 27) in solidarity with the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
A large number of Indonesian national, members of Pakistani community and human rights organizations attended the seminar held at the Embassy of Pakistan, according to a message received here from Jakarta.
Ashraf Ali, member of the House of Representatives (DPR), Dr. Zahir Khan, Chairman, Kashmir Solidarity Forum and Mohammad Aqil Nadeem, the Ambassador of Pakistan addressed the audience.
The speakers asked the Indonesian government, freedom loving people and the international community to support the rights of self-determination of Kashmiri Muslim suffering the atrocities inflicted by the occupying Indian forces since last 70 years.
The recent uprising in Kashmir after the killing of Kashmiri leader Burhan Wani is being suppressed brutally and has resulted in deaths of more than 50 people with 500 injured.
It was reiterated that Pakistan would continue to support the struggle of the Kashmiri people morally and diplomatically.
Special prayers were offered for the departed souls.
