SRINAGAR: (APP) In Occupied Kashmir, Hurriyet leaders have called for complete shutdown and a march towards Jamia Masjid in Srinagar on Friday against the unabated killing spree in the territory.

The APHC Chairman, Syed Ali Gilani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Muhammad Yasin Malik in a joint statement issued in Srinagar also called for social boycott of India's local collaborators in Kashmir.

Addressing people outside his residence in Srinagar, the Chairman of All Parties Hurriyet Conference, Syed Ali Gilani said that dozens of Indian secret agencies are employing different tactics to sabotage the Kashmiris' ongoing freedom movement.

Meanwhile, protest demonstrations followed by massive clashes erupted between protesters and personnel of Indian armed forces in Srinagar and other parts of the Valley today.

Indian Police used brute force and fired teargas shells on the protesters who were raising pro-freedom and anti-India slogans. Pakistani flag was also hoisted at many places in the territory.
