WB to support KP Govt in health, tourism sectors

PESHAWAR: The World Bank Country Director Patchamuthu Illango Wednesday called on Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Minister Dr Hisham Inamullah, Minister for Tourism Atik Khan and Minister for Local Government Shahram Khan Taraqai and assured World Bank’s support to KP government in different sectors.
Leading a delegation of the World Bank Patchamuthu Illango expressed willingness to cooperate with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government for development of the province.
They discussed matters relating to ongoing development schemes in tribal districts of the province especially those completed with financial assistance of the World Bank.
Patchamuthu Illango told the World Bank is also working for the development of different sectors including health, business and tourism in the province.
