KP: Establishment of Drug Control, Pharmacy Services Directorate approved

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa cabinet has approved establishment of Directorate of Drug Control and Pharmacy Services.
The approval was given at a meeting of the provincial cabinet in Peshawar on Thursday, with Chief Minister Mehmood Khan in the chair.
The authority will supervise improving services of hospitals, production, selling and purchase of medicines.
The cabinet approved registration of two publishers for publication of the Holy Quran.
It agreed to regularize services of contract employees of Transport Department.
