ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Chaudhry Fawad Hussain said that Pakistan wanted to remove conflicts between the two muslim countries.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia had given signal to Pakistan to play role as mediator, for addressing conflicting matters with Yemen, he stated while talking to a private news channel.
Commenting on Pakistani leadership importance in KSA, he said Imran Khan was holding an immense significance among the Muslim leaders participated in the recent conference that held in Saudi Arabia.
He said Saudi Arabia had provided a bail out package to Pakistan.
Fawad Hussain said that Pakistan wanted to minimize the problems existing between the two muslim countries.
"In 1960s, our country had played vital role for uniting Muslim Ummah," he said adding that Imran Khan after assuming the power, had restored the image of Pakistan in the comity of nations.
Geo-strategically and geographically, Pakistan held an immense importance in the region, he added.
Pakistan keeps one of the largest and strong force among the Muslim Ummah, he said.
To a question, the minister said Civil and military leadership were on the same page for taking the country forward.
