PTI’s Amir Ayub wins NA-4 Peshawar by-poll

PESHAWAR: Amir Ayub of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) won the NA-4 Peshawar by-poll on Thursday.

According to unofficial results, Amir Ayub bagged 43,812 votes, while his rival Nasir Musazai of the PML-N got 23,827 votes.

Khushdil Khan of the ANP got 23,428 votes.

In his tweet, PTI chairman Imran Khan congratulated PTI’s victorious Arbab Amir in NA-4 and the PTI Peshawar team.

“This is a victory against the combined opposition forces. This success is a direct vote of confidence on performance of KP’s PTI government, not the doling out of funds PML-N-style as seen in NA-120,” he maintained.
