Mobile money order service started

ISLAMABAD (APP): The Pakistan Post and Karandaaz Pakistan have signed a partnership agreement to digitize the money order service at Pakistan Post.

According to a private news service , under the agreement, Karandaaz Pakistan will provide technical support in designing a new product called the `mobile money order' from conceptualization to deployment at Pakistan Post.

The agreement was signed between Fakir Syed Shaharyaruddin, DG Pakistan Post and Ali Sarfraz Hussain, CEO Karandaaz Pakistan, at a ceremony held in Islamabad.

The service will allow customers for quickly transferring money within the country.

New method NFC introduced to pay via mobile phones

Customers will be able to transfer money up to Rs 100,000 through the service at very nominal charges ranging from Rs 50 to Rs 600. The service is available in all 83 GPOs throughout Pakistan.
