Jordanian Princess Sara Zeid visit Pakistan as UN Special Advisor

QUETTA: Princess Sara Zeid of Jordan visited Quetta on Tuesday and met Balochistan Chief Minister Jam Kamal Khan Alyani.
She is visiting Pakistan as the United Nation’s Special Adviser to the World Food Programme on Maternal and Child Health and Nutrition.
During the meeting, the visiting dignitary and the chief minister discussed matters related to nutrition of mother and children, health, vaccination and immunisation.
“We give utmost priority to the health and education sectors,” the chief minister told her.
The chief minister also shared with Princess Zeid plans about polio eradication and vaccination drive initiated by the provincial government to eliminate the disease from the province.
