High level Italian delegation vow to enhance bilateral ties with Pakistan

ISLAMABAD - A six-member Italian delegation led by Under-Secretary General Manilo Di Stefano called on Interior Minister Ijaz Ahmad Shah in Islamabad on Wednesday.
They discussed issues of mutual interest, and ways and means to enhance cooperation between Pakistan and Italy.
The delegation congratulated the Interior Minister on improved security environment in the country and upgrading of Islamabad as family station.
Italian Under-Secretary General said a number of Pakistanis have been living and working in Italy and contributing positively to its development.
Interior Minister said government is taking all out measures to curb illegal migration to Europe.
