Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting, Marriyum Aurangzeb says the government wants to resolve the issue of sit-in through reconciliation.
In a statement, she said the unarmed operation to end the sit-in was undertaken to comply with the court orders and to end the difficulties and agony of the people of the twin cities.
The Minister said the government would inform the court about its viewpoint on Monday, 27 November.
