US Muslim teen Ahmed accused of making clock bomb seeks $15 million as compensation

ISLAMABAD: The family of US Muslim teen boy has demanded a $ 15 million compensation and publicly apologies saying that school district violated their son rights and launched a baseless propaganda to disgrace them. As per details, Ahmed took his digital clock in school in Irving to show it his teacher but teacher confiscated the device, suspecting it was a hoax bomb. Ahmed was arrested but never charged. He was also suspended from school. The law representative of the family sent two letters demanding $10 million from the city of Irving and another $5 million from the Irving independent school district as compensation. According to the letter, Ahmed was threatened to sign a statement admitting that he intended to bring a hoax bomb to school during the interrogation in police custody. The Irving independent school district confirmed receipt of the letter and said attorneys will review the letter and response as appropriate. The city of Irving also confirmed the receiving of letter.
