Two police officials martyred in Quetta ambush, both terrorists killed in retaliation

QUETTA: Two traffic policemen were martyred when two unknown assailants opened fire in Sarki road area of the Balochistan capital.
However, both terrorists, travelling on a motorcycle, were also killed by police in retaliatory firing.
The deceased police personnel were identified as Abdur Rasheed and Bashir Shah.
Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Quetta Abdul Razzak Cheema visited the site for inspection.
“The citizens should help us too in the war against terrorists so that we defeat terrorism,” he said while talking to the media. “I appeal the citizens to inform us about any suspicious activity like this,” he added.
