Pakistan Foreign Office responds back to the Afghanistan government reaction over FATA - KP merger

ISLAMABAD - Pakistan has rejected the statement of Afghan Press Agency regarding merger of the tribal areas with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
In a statement, the Foreign Office Spokesperson said that our parliament’s decision reflects the will of the people of Pakistan.
He said the principles of non-interference and non-intervention in the conduct of bilateral relations need to be scrupulously adhered by Aghanistan.
Earlier Afghanistan had rejected the merger of FATA with KP Province calling it without consensus of the people of FATA.
