ICJ sends notices to India over Kulbhushan Yadav case

ISLAMABAD: The International Court of Justice has resumed the case of the Indian spy Kulbhushan Yadav.

International Court of Justice (ICJ) has instructed Indian government on Friday to file details in convicted spy Kulbhushan Jadhav’s case on June 8.

The international court has ordered Pakistan’s legal team to appear on June 8 as well in bid to make the proceedings free and fair.

However, the court is not going to conduct a hearing of the case on June 8. Reportedly, Pakistan will be filing details in the case few weeks after submission by Indian legal team.

Earlier, the ICJ announced the verdict in the case on May 18 and held his death sentence until the final verdict.
